Bonjour, Je voulais remercier le service à la clientèle de Matsuru Canada pour leur bon service à la clientèle. J'avais acheté un judogi et il était malheureusement trop petit. J'ai écrit au service à la clientèle pour savoir si je pouvais faire un échange. Malheureusement, puisque j'avais acheté un judogi personnalisé, l'employé m'ayant répondu m'avait écrit que l'échange était impossible. Toutefois, il me proposa d'acheter un nouveau judogi au coût wholesale. Le nouveau judogi me fait très bien. J'ai simplement à perdre un peu de ventre et il me fera encore mieux ! La ceinture que j'ai commandée est un peu trop petite, mais elle fait la job comme on dit.
