Shipping Policies

All orders are expected to ship within 2-4 business days from the date the order is placed with the exception of mat and fitness products which may take up to 7-10 business days to be shipped.

*Gi and belt orders requiring custom embroidery might take up to 10-12 business days before being shipped.

NOTE: DELIVERY OF ALL PRODUCTS is always to customer's door. If customer asks for inside delivery we will charge a $150 fee.

*MATSURU CANADA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES DELIVERED WITHOUT SIGNATURE.

We ship all orders from our warehouses in Boucherville-QC & Port Coquitlam-BC.

Please find below the "delivery estimates" once your order is fulfilled:

For Ontario and Quebec usually 1-3 business days.

For the West and Maritimes shipping time is 3-7 business days.

For other territories and provinces it might take up to 7+ business days.

For quicker delivery, please select your preferred shipping option at the checkout page.

SHIPPING DELAYS MIGHT OCCUR DURING THE BUSY "HOLIDAY SEASON".

Please refer to your shipping tracking number found in your "Order Shipped" confirmation email.

All retail orders with a minimum cart value of $125 before taxes qualify for FREE SHIPPING with some exceptions*.

*Exceptions: FREE SHIPPING does not apply for oversized fitness and mat products, see list of products not eligible for FREE SHIPPING below:

- Tatami Mats / Smooth Surface Mats

- Roll-Out Mats (with the exception of Home Roll-Out Mats and Hybrid Roll-Out Mat)

- Crash Mats & Wall Mats

- Standard and Premium Puzzle mats

- Power / Squat Racks

- Dumbbells above 50 LBS and Kettlebells above 24 KG

- Plyo Box and Drop Pads

Wholesale orders with a minimum cart value of $250 (before taxes) are eligible for "free shipping". *

*Free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders of mats and fitness products.  

All pre-ordered items are not guaranteed to be delivered by their estimated dates on our website.

All dates given are subject to change without notice.

Please contact our customer service to get the latest update on the status of your order in case you have not received your item by the estimated date on our website.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled if customer changes his mind. If customer decides to cancel. Please click under "Order Cancellation" tab for more information.

Clients have up to 7 days to cancel their order from the date of purchase. If customer decides to cancel after 7 days, a 10% processing fee will not be reimbursed. No cancellations can be done after 30 days.

Exchanges & Returns

All orders are eligible for exchange* only in its original packaging and with all tags within 30 DAYS of purchase. An exchange shipping fee of $25 will apply.

*Exchanges for mats and fitness equipment will carry a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original packaging. The shipping cost incurred by our company to ship the product is also deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

Custom embroidered items, such as gis and belts are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Clearance Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded.
