Shipping Policies 

All orders for IN STOCK items are shipped within 2-4 business days from the date order is placed.

Orders for mats and fitness equipment may take up to 7 business days to be fulfilled.

SHIPPING DELAYS MIGHT OCCUR DUE TO HOLIDAY SEASON. CHECK OUT "SHIPPING DELAY" TAB, for more info on estimated arrival for your order.

"Pre-Orders" for some of our mat products may take longer to be shipped, please check the "estimated shipping date" before placing an order. This information is found below the "Pre-Order" button on the product page.

*Gi and belt orders requiring custom embroidery might take up to 10-12 business days before being shipped.

NOTE: DELIVERY OF ALL PRODUCTS is always to customer's door. If customer asks for inside delivery we will charge a $150 fee.

Free Shipping

All retail orders with a minimum cart value of $125 before taxes qualify for FREE SHIPPING with some exceptions*.

For wholesale customers, the threshold for FREE SHIPPING is $500 before shipping and taxes

*Exceptions: FREE SHIPPING does not apply for heavy fitness and mat products, see list of products not eligible for FREE SHIPPING below:

- Tatami Mats / Smooth Surface Mats

- Custom Roll-Out Mats (with the exception of Home Roll-Out Mats and Hybrid Roll-Out Mat)

- Crash Mats & Wall Mats

- Standard and Premium Puzzle mats for orders under 12 units and 9 units respectively

- Rubber Gym Flooring Rolls

- Power / Squat Racks

- Dummbells above 50 LBS and Kettlebells above 24 KG

- Plyo Box and Drop Pads

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders with a minimum cart value of $500 (before taxes) are eligible for "free shipping". *

A $30 flat fee will be charged for all wholesale orders under the $500 threshold.

*Free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders of mats and fitness products.  

Pre-Order Items

All pre-ordered items are not guaranteed to be delivered by their estimated dates on our website.

Due to a global slowdown in logistics operations and congestions at ports, we might experience delays in receiving our shipments hence delaying our delivering estimates. Please contact our customer service to get the latest update on the status of your order in case you have not received your item by the estimated date on our website.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled if customer changes his mind. A store credit may be issued.

Shipping Delay by Province

We ship all orders from our warehouses in Boucherville-QC & Port Coquitlam-BC.

Please find below the "shipping delay" once your order is shipped:

For Ontario and Quebec usually 1-3 business days.

For the West and Maritimes shipping time is 3-6 business days.

For other territories and provinces it might take up to 7+ business days.

For quicker delivery, please select your preferred shipping option at the checkout page.

SHIPPING DELAYS MIGHT OCCUR DURING THE BUSY "HOLIDAY SEASON".

Please refer to your shipping tracking number found in your "Order Shipped" confirmation email.

Returns/Exchanges

You may exchange your purchased items* in its original packaging and with all tags within 30 DAYS of purchase. An exchange shipping fee will apply.

*Returns and exchanges for purchases of mats and fitness equipment will carry return/exchange shipping fees. Customer is reponsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original packaging.

Personal items such as rashguards and apparel are not eligible for exchanges.

Custom embroidered gis and belts are not eligible for returns.

Clearance & Used/Refurbished items are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded.
