New Shipping Policy
Amidst this COVID-19 crisis we have now decided to make some changes to our shipping policies 📦
We reduced our retail “Free shipping” minimum order threshold to $49 (compared to previous $100).
Wholesale orders also qualify for “free shipping” with a minimum order threshold of $99 (compared to previous $500).
We will also be offering free exchanges and free returns for all of our products with the exception of mat products.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE COVID-19 pandemic, extra delays on shipping might occur due to the slowdown in global logistics and the availability of personnel in ports, trucking and courier companies.
SOME MAT ITEMS MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING, please read the details in the description of each product!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
You may return most new, unworn items with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us via phone or email for a return authorization.
All clearance and used product sales that are heavily discounted (more than 50% OFF) are final sale and cannot be returned.
