Shipping Policies

All orders are expected to ship within 2-4 business days from the date the order is placed.

All mat orders may take up to 4-8 weeks to be delivered.

Gi and belt orders requiring custom embroidery might take up to 10-12 business days before being shipped.

NOTE: DELIVERY OF ALL PRODUCTS is always to customer's door. If customer asks for inside delivery we will charge a $150 fee.

*MATSURU CANADA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES DELIVERED WITHOUT SIGNATURE.

All retail orders with a minimum cart value of $125 before taxes qualify for FREE SHIPPING with some exceptions*.

*Exceptions: FREE SHIPPING does not apply for oversized fitness and mat products, see list of products not eligible for FREE SHIPPING below:

Wholesale orders with a minimum cart value of $250 (before taxes) are eligible for "free shipping". *

*Free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders of mats and fitness products.  

All pre-ordered items are not guaranteed to be delivered by their estimated dates on our website.

All dates given are subject to change without notice.

Exchanges & Returns

All orders are eligible for exchange* only in its original packaging and with all tags within 30 DAYS of purchase. An exchange/return shipping fee of $25 will apply.

Customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original packaging. The shipping cost incurred by our company to ship the product is also deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

Custom embroidered items, such as gis and belts are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Clearance Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return of the mats to our facility. Any shipping cost paid for shipping to its original destination won't be refunded. Returns for mats will carry a 10% restocking fee. 

The mats must be in its original packaging and they must be in brand new condition. If mat is not returned in its original packaging then it won't be accepted back into our facility and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to its original destination.

We don't accept returns of custom mat orders unless the product received is damaged or defective. Custom orders that are to be replaced are subject to lengthy delays for re-production. Customer must wait until the mat order is fully produced and shipped prior to sending back the original custom mat order with defect.

Rules for identifying a damage or defect:

Any defect or damage smaller than 2 inches on the vinyl, surface or custom logo/graphics are not be considered as a real defect. Scratches to the surface and damages to the bottom foam part of Roll-Out mats are not to be considered as real damage or defect as they won't affect the performance of the mat. Only tears or defect on the vinyl surface bigger than 2 inches will be considered as real damage and make the mat eligible for returns.

For small defects smaller than 2 inches or velcro connection mats, please contact our customer support team and ask for repair kits/tape that can be provided free of charge.

Damages during transportation:

The client has 7 days to notify our company of any shipping damage after receiving the product. Failing to notify our company within 7 days will result in a perfect condition received mat. Mats that arrive damaged are to be fully returned to our warehouse and our company will arrange the transportation for its return at our own cost.

MATSURU WARRANTY

All orders can be cancelled within 1-2 business days of order being placed. Custom orders of mats and gis cannot be cancelled if the production and customization process has already started.
