Shipping/Returns

Shipping Policies

We have adjusted our fulfillment/shipping policies.

All orders for IN STOCK items are now being processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the time order is placed on our website*.  

Orders for mats and fitness equipment may take up to 7-10 business days to be fulfilled.

SHIPPING DELAYS MIGHT OCCUR DUE TO HOLIDAY SEASON. CHECK OUT "SHIPPING DELAY" TAB, for more info on estimated arrival for your order.

"Pre-Orders" for some of our mat products may take longer to be shipped, please check the "estimated shipping date" before placing an order. This information is found below the "Pre-Order" button on the product page.

*Gi and belt orders requiring custom embroidery might take up to 7 business days before being shipped.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-ordered items are not guaranteed to be delivered by their estimated dates on our website.

Due to a global slowdown in logistics operations and congestions at ports, we might experience delays in receiving our shipments hence delaying our delivering estimates.

Please contact our customer service to get the latest update on the status of your order in case you have not received your item by the estimated date on our website.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled if customer changes his mind. A store credit may be issued.

Free Shipping

All orders with a minimum cart value of $100 before taxes qualify for "free shipping" with the exception of some mat products.

"Free shipping" does not apply for mat products listed below:

- Tatami Mats

- Smooth Surface Mats

- Custom Roll-Out Mats (with the exception of Home Roll-Out Mats and Hybrid Roll-Out Mat)

- Crash Mats

- Wall Mats

- Rubber Gym Flooring (with the exception of Rubber Gym Tiles)

- Power Racks

PLEASE REQUEST A QUOTE UNDER THE "GET A QUOTE" TAB LOCATED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.

List of remote areas in which FREE SHIPPING is not included for oversized products (mats, fitness):

Territories, New Foundland and postal codes with 3 zeros (ex: N0M 0Y0)

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders with a minimum cart value of $300 (before taxes) are eligible for "free shipping". *

A $25 flat fee will be charged for all wholesale orders under the $300 threshold.

*Free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders of mats and fitness products.  

Shipping Delay by Province

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Boucherville-QC.

Please find below the "shipping delay" once your order is shipped:

For Ontario and Quebec usually 1-3 business days.

For the West and Maritimes shipping time is 3-6 business days.

For other territories and provinces it might take up to 7+ business days.

For quicker delivery, please select your preferred shipping option at the checkout page.

SHIPPING DELAYS MIGHT OCCUR DURING THE BUSY "HOLIDAY SEASON".

Please refer to your shipping tracking number found in your "Order Shipped" confirmation email.

Returns/Exchanges

You may exchange your Judo/BJJ/Karate gi if size ordered does not fit. An exchange shipping fee will apply. An exchange request must be sent within 30 days from order date.

Personal items such as rashguards and apparel are not eligible for exchanges.

Mats and fitness products purchases are final and cannot be exchanged unless product received is defective. A store credit may be issued if customer cancels his/her order.

Custom embroidered gis and belts are not eligible for returns.

Used/Refurbished items are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded.
