We recommend cleaning your mats on a regular basis with a mop, using an organic mat cleaner.

You may exchange/return your purchased items in its original packaging and with all tags within 30 days of purchase.

Great experience, ordered 44 mats and they were delivered in a week!? Love them. Only thing I wish was different is the edges are more firm than the mat so you can feel when ur standing on a seam. I’m assuming it’s from glue to hold the vinyl down. seriously nothing in life is 100% perfect, but these mats are pretty darn close! The gripping backing in them works too well! Highly recommend.

Now I understand why they use these so much in competitions. The tatamis are well-designed they don't scratch easily, give you a solid cushion when you take a fall and don't make any bad noise either

The tatami mats were flawless when I received them. Since then they have not been getting the best treatment and yet are still holding up. If there was one downside, the glue holding the vinyl on is very strong, making resizing them a bit of a pain, but that also makes them stronger if they are not being resized.
