Sharing this review about the Matsuru service. The chat function is great- if there are sizing or stock issues, the person on the other end is usually able to provide quick responses. The check out process is seamless, although there should be one additional "confirm order" or "send order" button in the fulfilment process. Also, the ability to leave the shopping card and return to shopping should somehow be more prominent in case an item was missed. The team is usually great, however, in responding to an order sent in error that's missing something, and adding it before the order is picked and packed. Lots of things going right with Matsuru!!! Great Canadian operation.
