When I ordered my mats at the end of March, the expected delivery date was mid-April. By late April, I hadn’t received them, nor had I heard from the company. Using the chatbot to check my order status said that my mats had arrived at a distribution center in Quebec. A few days later, the chatbot said something was wrong, so I called and a live person in Vancouver told me that my mats hadn’t even even been shipped yet. The customer rep told me they’d be shipped that same day, and that I’d receive a tracking number, which they did do and I did receive. The estimated delivery was 9 days. Unfortunately, the tracking number didn’t work, and after 11 days I called back. They said that the mats would be delivered in the next 3 days. I finally received them 2 days later.
As far as mat quality, they’re great, although they did have some underside foam damage in a few places. Nothing major enough to prevent use, but after all that frustration with the shipping, I feel that I can only give 3 stars.
